Hi. This is my first news posting. Thanks for being here. I plan to use this blog to occasionally announce upcoming performances, info about projects, and new recordings.
An event that I am really excited about is coming up on July 18 in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. We are going to play music amongst the plants! New Hermitage has some courageously soothing and uplifting improvisations to share, and Bonsai will perform an acoustic set of traditional Middle Eastern tunes and new compositions by Ken Shorley. The concert will be recorded in the fading daylight glass plant house. Event details here.
